I feel great respect and gratitude to people who despite everything remain to work at school, worry about each child and try to solve all the problems of the education system on the ground, but, alas, I realize that this is impossible, that the final collapse of free general education, the introduction of digital distance learning for low-income children and excellent classical education for wealthy children is not far off. The pressure from the Department of Education and the Ministry of Education is simply unbearable. Parents are rightly indignant about the non-functioning portal and the amount of 'numbers' in homework, but the ministry shifts the responsibility to the school. And the school, in turn, is driven into this framework 'recommendations', which are in fact direct instructions. We have no choice! We are forced to make reposts from the pages of dubious personalities, to like and comment on the posts of the head - these are direct requirements from above. But they have forgotten about schools, about education! Teachers should teach, and not be engaged in endless writing of unnecessary reports. And the worst thing is that it seems that no one even reads these reports! Who invented these forms with 200 columns and 5 sheets? Who will analyze them? No one! But we, teachers and administrators, spend precious time on them, which we could devote to our students, to improving the educational process. How long will this continue? We need to change the system urgently!

Now in school work there is a lot of 'unmetchina', all kinds of control, unnecessary bureaucracy, everything is done for the sake of a check mark. Teachers have to make every step with an eye on what the bosses will say, etc. Leave them alone already, let them live in peace!

My experience of 36 years, went from st.pioneer counselor to the teacher of the highest category. I had to work in 2 shifts to raise children.
